AS 是什么。自治系统（Autonomous System）是互联网上一张张由单一机构管理的网络，AS 号（ASN）就是它的编号；谁宣告了哪些 IP 段，全球路由表里就记在谁的 AS 号下。

能看出什么。归属地只到城市时，AS 号能进一步说明这段 IP 属于哪家运营商、云厂商或机房 —— 例如 AS37963 是阿里云、AS4134 是中国电信、AS13335 是 Cloudflare。
