| AS31529 has an open peering policy. We like to peer with any ASN |

| where we can actually reach the peering coordinators. We also |

| peer with route servers, where available. |

AS 是什么。自治系统（Autonomous System）是互联网上一张张由单一机构管理的网络，AS 号（ASN）就是它的编号；谁宣告了哪些 IP 段，全球路由表里就记在谁的 AS 号下。

能看出什么。归属地只到城市时，AS 号能进一步说明这段 IP 属于哪家运营商、云厂商或机房 —— 例如 AS37963 是阿里云、AS4134 是中国电信、AS13335 是 Cloudflare。

数据从哪来。按 IANA 的 RDAP bootstrap 找到该号所属的区域注册机构（APNIC / ARIN / RIPE NCC 等），读取其公开的 RDAP 记录；结果会缓存在本站，重复打开不再重复请求。
